STEUBEN REPUBLICAN, WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 1903, page 1, column 7 JONAS HOUSEMAN, 11 Dec 1828 - 16 Sep 1903 Jonas Houseman was born, Dec. 11, 1828, in Center county, Pa., died Sept. 16, 1903, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. J. E. Wolfe, aged 74 years, 9 months and 5 days. Nov. 25, 1852, deceased was married to Catharine A. Welsch. To this union five children were born, two of whom survive, Mrs. B. F. Musser, of Tekonsha, Mich., and Mrs. J. E. Wolfe, of Pleasant Lake, Ind. He is also survived by three aged sisters, one brother and a host of friends. Funeral at N.
