With sincere regrets we learn of the death of Florillo Johnson, formerlyof Turkey Creek, in this county and the more, that he was the 3rd son ofHollis Johnson, which has fallen since the commencement of this war.
Ferdinand, the youngest, enlisted in the 44th Indiana, and after thebattle at Shiloh was taken sick, and ordered to be sent to the hospital atEvansville, Indiana, since then his friends cannot hear of him.  Hollis, the oldest brother, died in Kentucky during the last autumn and belongedto the 74th Indiana.  The third, and first mentioned died as recently learned at Memphis, Tenn.  When the draft took place in this state, he was called into service by that order--- but a long furlough has been granted them all, and we trust they are now dwellers in the City of Peace-- a country which has never heard the clashing of arms and war is unknown.
