Surnames: KUNCE, LARE, BOST, REAM

John KUNCE, was born April 18, 1827, in Perry County, Ohio, and died at his
home in Steuben county, Ind., Oct 24, 1904, aged 77 years, 6 months and 6 
days. He was married to Hannah Snare, (see note below), April 17, 1852. To 
this couple were born five children, three boys and two girls, two of whom 
passed away before the father. He leave a companion, three children,
sixteen grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren as a tribute to his memory.
Although he has been a great sufferer for several years he has patiently endured his
lot. Funeral seervices were held at Fairfield Center, conducted by J. W. 
Markley of Columbia City, Ind.

Note from submitter:  Hannah's maiden name was LARE, also in the Jay Co. IN.
	marriage index, Book C-B, p.161..they were married on 20 April 1853.
	She is the daughter of Peter and Mary (Bost) Lare, and John is the son of 
	Henry and Susannah (Ream) Kunce of Huntington Co. IN.
