STEUBEN REPUBLICAN, WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 1877, p.3, c.1 MARY ANN McCONNELL, 31 AUG 1868 - 25 Jan 1877 The funeral of little Mary McConnell, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Geo. W. McConnell, of this place, took place from the family residence last Saturday. The services were engaged in and conducted by the pastors of the three churches of the village, and were very impressive. The attendance was large indeed--more than could well enter the mansion. No small portion of this attendance were the school children and playmates of little Mary, all of whom held her in great affection and esteem, as did all others who knew the dear departed one. Their grief was marked and unfeigned; their tokens of respect and affection were beautiful in type and sincere in bestowment.--The little angel Mary will never be forgotten. She is where none can be forgotten. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" Mary Ann McConnell, 31 Aug 1868 - 25 Jan 1877, daughter of Dr. George W.
