McINTYRE.  In Fremont, Dec 22, 1879, of consumption, Wm. H. McIntyre, aged
65 years, three months and four days.

The deceased was born in Springfield, Hamilton county, Ohio, Sept. 18, 1814.
  He was united in marriage to Miss Lois Ann Stevens, Apr. 4, 1839, in
Sandusky county, who survices him.

There were born unto them four sons and four daughters.  Three sons and one
daughter preceded him in death.  He has been a resident of Steuben county
since march 1863, and removed to Fremont a little more than three years ago.
  For the past thirty years he was an invalid suffering more or less all the
time.  He commenced bleeding at the lungs about seven years since and had
not been out of the house for more than a year prior to his death.

He was converted and united with the U.B. church in June, 1857, in Williams
county, Ohio.  Was identified with the Evangelical church in Fremont, at the
time of this death.

We are requested to express thanks to the neighbors for their great
kindnesss and assistance during his protracted illness.

The religious services were conducted by the writer assisted by Rev. E. S.
Preston, of the M.E. church.
