RACHEL (MILLER) MOORE, 25 Feb 1841 - 06 Mar 1903

   Rachel Miller was born in Salem township, Steuben county, Indiana, Feb. 
25, 1841, and died at her home in Flint, March 6, 1903, aged 62 years and 
9 days.
   Sept. 15, 1858, deceased was united in marriage with Robert Moore.  To 
this union five children were born, one dying in infancy and one, Mrs. 
Clyde Spangle, a little more than a year ago.  The husband and three 
children, Emmet E. Moore, Mrs. Rita Doudt and Mrs. Nellie Manahan survive.  
Mrs. Moore was a woman of sturdy Christian worth, honored by all who knew 
her.  She obeyed the Gospel some fourteen years ago under the ministry of 
Elder T. A. Hedges at Flint.
   Her funeral was held at the Flint M. E. church, Sunday afternoon, March 
8, Elder C. S. Medbury, officiating, and a great assemblage of neighbors 
and friends spoke loving esteem for the dead, and heartfelt sympathy for 
the bereaved.

Cemetery, Steuben County, Indiana.

   Rita (Moore) Doudt, 13 Oct 1867 - 04 Nov 1908, on 03 Sep 1885, married 
William M. Doudt, no dates available, buried at Flint Cemetery.
   Nellie Rachel (Moore) Manahan, 16 Jul 1871 - 1948, on 08 Aug 1888, 
married George Macbeth Manahan, 26 Dec 1865 - 1948, buried at Flint 
Cemetery.
   Myrtle V. ("O" on marriage license) ("S" in her obit) (Moore) Spangle, 
25 Jan 1876 - 12 Jan 1902, on 19 Nov 1899 became the 1st wife of Clyde S. 
Spangle, 03 Jan 1877 - 27 Jul 1951, son of Henry Spangle, 1821 - 1907, and 
his 3rd wife, Sarah (Metzgar) Spangle, 22 Feb 1841 - 20 May 1912.  Myrrtle 
is buried at Jackson Prairie Cemetery, Steuben County, Indiana, Lot 129.  
Clyde is buried there in lot 39N.
