LUCY (MASTERS) OREWILER, 22 Aug 1833 - 26 Sep 1904

   Lucy Masters Orewiler was born in Coshocton county, Ohio, August 22, 
1833, and died at her home in Scott township, Steuben county, Indiana, 
September 26, 1904, aged 71 years, 1 month and 4 days.  She was united in 
marriage with David Orewiler on Aug. 30, 1856.  There were born to them 
six children-three sons and three daughters-of whom two sons and two 
daughters and her husband, together with one grandson and two 
granddaughters survive her, Jessie and Alta having preceded her in death.  
She united with the Christian church in 1858, and has always remained a 
faithful and honored member.  She was of a kind and loving disposition and 
was loved in return by all who knew her.  She suffered greatly in her long 
sickness, but was always patient and kind.  She leaves a large circle of 
friends and neighbors who will mourn her departure.
   Funeral services were held at her late home on Wednesday, Sept. 28, 
conducted by Elder Vernon Stauffer.  Burial in Circle Hill cemetery at 
Angola.

   The funeral of Mrs. David Orewiler was held at the home last Wednesday 
afternoon.  The love and esteem in which she was held was manifested by 
the large number that gathered to pay the last sad tribute to her memory.

Orewiler, 25 Aug 1829 - 15 Jan 1909.  They are buried at Circle Hill 
Cemetery, Angola, Steuben County, Indiana.

   F. Alice (Orewiler) Zimmer, 05 Jun 1858 (1856 per Cemetery Book) - 13 
(10 per Cemetery Book) Apr 1910, on 03 Nov 1898, married Jesse G. Zimmer 
(his 2nd wife).  Alice is buried at Circle Hill Cemetery.  Jesse's burial 
place unknown.
   Adam Orewiler, 1859 - 1939, on 10 Feb 1884, married Hattie A. (Tarr) 
Orewiler, 1866 - 1955.  They are buried at Circle Hlll Cemetery.
   Elmer E. Orewiler, 1861 - 1944, married Bertha (Holdredge) Orewiler, 
1860 - 1914.  They are buried at Circle Hill Cemetery.
   Melissa (Orewiler) Ewing, 03 Aug 1863 - 08 Feb 1918, married James 
Ewing, 1866 - 1932.  They are buried at Circle  Hill Cemetery.
   Alta (Orewiler) Kissinger, born about 1868 and died before 1904, on 07 
Jul 1892, married John E. Kissinger.  Alta is buried at Circle Hill 
Cemetery.  John's burial place is unknown.
   Jesse Orewiler, born about 1870, died before 1904, buried at Circle 
Hill Cemetery.
