STEUBEN REPUBLICAN, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 9, 1898, page 4, column 3 Mrs. Mary Orewiler, wife of Daniel Orewiler, was born in Orange, Ashland county, Ohio, Nov. 12, 1854, died at her home in Angola, Ind., March 3d, 1898, aged 43 years, 3 months and 21 days. A husband, four children, brothers and sisters are left to mourn, but not as those who have no hope. She was always a firm believer in experimental religion, and in early life was "born of the spirit," and brought into fellowship with her Saviour. Since that day she has believed in the salvation which delivers us from all sin. She found the religion of the Bible a satisfying portion, and consequently sought no comfort from worldly amusement or pleasures. Her last days were peaceful, and the last words to her husband were, "I have perfect peace," and entered into rest without a struggle. "Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord."
