MARY E. (HORN) PARTRIDGE, 07 Jan 1790 - 18 May 1883

   Mrs. Mary Partridge died of old age at the residence of 
her son, Alvin Partridge, May 15, 1883, aged 93 years.  She 
leaves eight children to mourn her loss, her husband having 
been dead about fourteen years.  She was the mother of Elder 
Partridge and Mrs. Otto, of Orland.
(The newspaper date line said Tuesday, May 22, 1883, but the 
newspaper was always published on Wednesday.)

   Mary E. (Horn) Partridge, 07 Jan 1790 - 18 May 1883, 
married George Wakeman Partridge, 19 Sep 1786 - 02 Mar 1866.

CHILDREN:
   Alvin Partridge, 10 May 1820 - 28 May 1892, married Lucia 
(Thompson) Partridge, 09 Jul 1822 - 03 Dec 1903.  They are 
buried at Greenlawn Cemetery, Orland, Steuben County, 
Indiana.  Lucia was the daughter of Apollos and Lucinda 
(Dexter) Thompson.
   Mary A./E. (Partridge) Otto, born about 1830, was probably 
the 3rd wife of Christian Otto, married 18 Oct 1864 in 
Steuben County, Indiana.  She is buried at Carleton Cemetery, 
Steuben County, Indiana.  
   Thomas C. Partridge, age 62 in 1880, and Hannah Partridge, 
age 49 in 1880, are listed as the brother and sister-in-law 
of Mary Otto and are living in Mary's home.  Mary E. 
Partridge, Mary Otto's mother, is also living in her home at 
the time of the United States Census.
There is also an F. H. Partridge who died 03 Jan 1885, age 63 
years, buried in the same cemetery plot with George and Mary 
and Alvin and Lucia.
