The will of Mrs. Rhoda Sayles was probated in the clerk's office yesterday.  The will gives to her husband one third of her property; to her two sons, Jesse K. and George W. Ireland, $100 each; to Esther U. and Wm. H. Stratton, $50 each:  to Irma Ireland she gave $5 and to Lydia Sayles, $7.  George W. Ireland is appointed executor of the will.

On page 4, column 4 under "DIED"

At her home, northwest of Angola, Ind., Dec. 31, 1896, Mrs. Rhoda Sayes, aged 79 years, 3 months, and 25 days."
