St Joe, July 1 –

John T. Smith, 85, former resident of Hudson, died at 6 am today at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Leon Kees of St. Joe. He suffered a stroke of paralysis on June 5.

The daughter and four grandchildren survive.

The body was removed to the Kinsey Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 pm (CDT) at the St. Joe Church of Christ with Rev. Richard Keys officiating. Burial will be in Circle Cemetery at Hudson.
