LURIA B. (SUMMERS) WIGGINS, 07 May 1810 - 24 May 1879

     Lucy, wife of John Wiggins, died at her home west of Angola, May 
24, aged 69 years.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:	

Luria/Lucy B. (Summers) Wiggins, 07 May 1810 - 24 May 1879, on 
11 Jan 1838 in Steuben County, IN, married John Wiggins, 15 Jun 
1808 - 22 Jan 1880 (71 y., 7 m., 7 d.).  On the marriage license, her 
name was interpreted by Hazel Kirk (and/or the people who assisted 
in the copying of the license information) as Lena Cummins.  They 
are buried in Crain Cemetery, Steuben County, IN.

CHILDREN OF THE MARRIAGE:

SON:  Henry Wiggins, 15 Sep 1838 - 11 Apr 1901, on 28 May 1865 in 
Steuben County, IN, married Deborah Elizabeth (McIntyre) 
Wiggins, 02 Dec 1844 - 1919.  They are buried at Lake Gage 
Cemetery, Steuben County, IN.

SON:  Nathan Wiggins, 10 Oct 1840 - Feb 1876, on 01 Jun 1868 in 
Steuben County, IN, he married 1st, Nettie Newacker (Henrietta 
Noaker) on marriage license). She died 03 Mar 1875.  He married 
2nd, Marietta Outkelt.   They lived in LaGrange County, IN.  He 
served in the Civil War.  He was accidentally killed in La Grange.

SON:  Alford (Alfred in obit) Wiggins, died at the age of 1 year and 
12 days.  No dates in cemetery book. He is buried at Crain Cemetery.

Richard Wiggins, 16 Jul 1843 - 11 Oct 1859 (16 y., 2 m., 25 d.), 
buried at Crain cemetery.

DGTR:  Eunice (Wiggins) Jarvis, 1845 - 1928.  Husband's biography 
in 1885 "History of Steuben County, IN, has her born in 1852.  On 03 
Oct 1866, in Steuben County, IN, she married Israel Jarvis, 1844 - 
1924.  They are buried in Flint Cemetery, Steuben County, IN.

SON:  Endress Wiggins, 27 Jan 1847 - 27 Apr 1913, on 20 May 1877 
in Steuben County, IN, married Estella (Tabor) Wiggins, 1856 - 
1922.  She was the daughter of Washington W. Tabor, 11 Jan 1830 - 
20 Mar 1914, and Esther Ann (Ayres) Tabor, 26 Mar 1836 - 20 Apr 
1926.  Endress served in the Civil War.   They are buried at Sowle 
Cemetery, Steuben County, IN.
