The Parker House

John G. Parker, owner of the JG Parker store in Orland, farthest right.
From left, daughter Grace, son Howard, daughter Bernice, wife Elmira J. (Luce) Parker (daughter of Michigan Governor, Cyrus G. Luce.), Effie their maid. The smallest girl, standing in front, is my great-grandmother, Florence Belle Parker. She was born in 1884, so I am guessing this photo was taken around 1890. The house was built in Orland in 1859, and still stands.
