• Other information:  Daniel settled in Indiana in 1835, where has a land entry in 1837. He lived in Jackson, Steuben, Indiana. His daughter, Elizabeth was born here July 1840. His daughter Melissa married Lyman Kenyon 30 Jun 1843. Another daughter, Mary, married Joel Cambell 29 Mar 1846, 14 miles north in Branch County, Michigan. Daniel left Indiana where he went to Waddams, Stephenson, Illinois, by 1849. He was there briefly, then obtained a land grant 2 December 1850 in Dubuque, Iowa, later to Colony, Delaware, Iowa. After his wife died, he appears to have moved with family to Nebraska, where he died.
