SOUTH BEND - Maxine M. Albert, 65, of Roosevelt Road, died about 4 p.m. Tuesday in her home. St. Joseph County Deputy Coroner Dr. Scott Thomas ruled the death a suicide. Mrs. Albert retired in 1983 from Bendix Corp. She was born Dec. 16, 1929, in Mishawaka.
On Oct. 1, 1956, in South Bend, as Maxine W. Miller, she married Frank D. Albert. He survives with a son, Timothy E. of South Bend; and her father, Manford Miller of South Bend.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Hanley & Sons Funeral Home. Burial will be in Sumption Prairie Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home.
