Funeral services for Mrs. Alva Alexander, formerly of North Liberty, this county, who died in Peoria, Illinois, Friday, were held this afternoon at 2 o'clock in Russell Chapel.  Rev. Mr. Evers, of North Liberty, officiated and burial was in the North Liberty Cemetery.  Before her marriage Mrs. Alexander was Miss Mildred Folk.
