MISHAWAKA – Mrs. Antonio Amaral, 72, of 313 W. 8th Street, died at 11:30 Saturday morning in St. Joseph Hospital. She suffered a heart attack shortly before her death. She was born in Freixiosa, Portugal, from where she came to Mishawaka 40 years ago.

As Miss Maria Cabral she married Mr. Amaral Oct. 25, 1913. He died Aug. 11, 1958. Surviving are three sons, Daniel, Joseph and Anibal, all of Mishawaka; two daughters, Mrs. George Wickizer and Mrs James Ealy, also of Mishawaka; 10 grandchildren, and two sisters living in Portugal.

Friends may call in the DeVos Funeral Chapel after 3 p.m. today and until services at 9 a.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph Catholic Church. Very Rev. Curt A. Suelzer, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the funeral chapel.
