SOUTH BEND - Steve T. Amor, 48, of
Prescott Avenue, died at 11:07 p.m. Thursday in Memorial Hospital
after an illness. Mr. Amor was a self-employed contractor and
drywall installer. He was born Nov. 9, 1946, in Lansing, and
lived in this area most of his life.
On Oct. 6, 1979, in South Bend, he married
Gail Satkowski. She survives with two daughters, Billie Jo
Amor of Bonita Springs, Fla., and Melissa Lehman of St.
Paul, Minn.; one granddaughter; his father, William Amor of
Immokalee, Fla.; a sister, Shelley Williams of Apple
Valley, Minn.; and a brother, William E., whose address is
unknown.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m.
Tuesday in Welsheimer Funeral Home North, 17033 Cleveland Road.
Cremation will take place. There will be no visitation. Memorial
contributions may be made to any charity.
