Stanley F. Andrysiak

Stanley F. Andrysiak, of 814 S. Liberty St., died at 5 p.m. Sunday in Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. He was born in South Bend on July 21, 1892. He was a tool and dye maker at the Bendix Products Division, Bendix Aviation Corp. Surviving are his widow, Angela; his mother, Agnes Andrysiak, of South Bend; two sons, Theodore, of New York City, and Edwin, of South Bend; a sister, Mrs. Martha Czeck, of South Bend, and three step brothers and sisters. Friends may call after 7 p.m. Tuesday in the St. Joseph Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday in St. Mary’s of the Holy Rosary Polish National Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Zawislowski, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Polish Cemetery. Mr. Andrysiak was a member of Chapter 38, Disabled American Veterans and a veteran of World War I. The rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday in the funeral home

 

Note:  husband to Angela Stachowiak; on marriage application, Stanley is son to Peter Andrysiak and Francis Kaczmarek, birth date conflicts with newspaper account (14 Jun 1893 v.s. 21 Jul 1892).
