James William Annis
James William Annis, only child of Mr. and Mrs.
Walter Annis of 2517
South Rush Street, died on his fifth birthday, at 9 p.m. Friday, of a
head
injury suffered when he fell from a tricycle in his home last Wednesday.
He was
taken to Epworth hospital then, but was removed to the Presbyterian
hospital
in Chicago Friday when his condition became critical. Surviving are the
parents, the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Charles Annis and the maternal
grandfather,
John Hueni, both of Bremen, Ind. The body is being brought the Hay
funeral
home.
