NORTH LIBERTY -- Gail Anne Baker, 58, of 601 W. Center St., died Monday in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, after an illness. Survivors include her husband, Theodore W.; a daughter, Samantha Smith of Fairview, Mich.; two sons, James Smith of Walkerton and Edwin Smith of Kokomo; her mother, Dawn Smith of Fairview; and a brother, Carl Profrock of Fairview.

There will be no services or visitation. A. M. Manuel is handling arrangements.
