Mishawaka - Alex Baldoni, 68, of 1604 S. West Street, died in his home early Siunday of an apparent heart attack. He was born Oct. 23, 1907 in Italy, and lived in Mishawaka for 66 years. He married Genevieve Ganss on May 5,1929 in Mishawaka. She survives with two daughters, Mrs. Theresa Duxbury of South Bend and Mrs. Angela Rodgers of Mishawaka; two sons, Robert of Homosassa, Fla. And Raymond of Rolling Meadows, Ill.; a sister Mrs. Agnes Monte-Sano of Mishawaka; a brother, Louis Baldoni of Denver, Colo.; 11 grandchildren, a great-grandchild, and his mother Mrs. Zelinda Bisci of Mishawaka.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home. He was a member of St. Bav’s Church; the Goodfellows Club; the DeAmicis, and IBEW Local 153. Memorial contributions may be made to Sister Anne’s Special Education Class at St. Bavo’s school. He was employed 43 years by Drewry’s in South Bend.

Alex Baldoni, 68, of 1604 S. West, died in his home early Sunday. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Bavo’s Catholic Church. Rev. Stephen Cvaniga will officiate. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m today at the Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home where friends may cal from 7 to 9 p.m. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
