Rose Ann Barbaro

Mrs. Rocco Barbaro, 74, of Niles, Mich., died this morning in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Anthony Furore, 518 E. Grove Street, Mishawaka. She had been in ill health for the last five years. She and her husband came to Mishawaka seven months ago to make their home with their daughter. She was born Oct. 31, 1871, in Italy. As Rose Ann Mittiga she married Rocco Barbaro in Italy. Surviving beside her daughter are; her husband; two other daughters, Mrs. Joseph Ferraro and Mrs. Leslie Donofrio, both of South Bend; two sons, Frank Barbaro of Elkhart, and Philip Barbaro of Mishawaka; two brothers, Frank Mittiga of New York City, and Joseph Mittaga of Mishawaka.

Friends may call at the Thallemer Funeral Home until Tuesday afternoon. Funeral services have not been arranged. A seven year-old grandson of Mrs. Barbaro, who died Tuesday in Elkhart, will be buried in that city Thursday morning.
