NORTH LIBERTY - Harold Gregory Bare, 55, of Meadow Court,
North Liberty, passed away after an extended illness on October
4th in Hospice House in South Bend. He was a self-employed
drywaller for many years. He was born to Charles E. and Phyllis
J. Bare on August 24, 1953, in South Bend. Both preceded him in
death. Surviving are a brother, J. Dana (Louise) of South Bend;
and a stepson, Nathaniel Steinhiser. Also, two sons, Jason
of Warsaw and Aaron of South Bend; one daughter, Amy Bare of
South Bend; and five grandchildren, Cindy Campion, Hanna, Jeremiah,
Caleb and Alexxus Bare.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 8, 2008, in the A.M. Manuel Funeral Home in North Liberty, officiated by Wayne Joyner, pastor of the 1st Baptist Church in North Liberty. Friends may call in the funeral home from noon to the time of services. Burial will be at Westlawn Cemetery.
