Feb. 29, 1920 -- Feb. 7, 2005

 

     MISHAWAKA -- Louis Bassi, 85, of 1531 Cedar Spring Court, died Feb. 7 after an illness. Survivors include a daughter, Valorie Becker of Granite Shoals, Texas; a son, Dennis of Mesa, Ariz.; a sister, Joan Lundy; and a brother, Danny Ahne. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in St. Monica Catholic Church, where friends may call one half hour before services. Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home & Crematory, Elkhart, is handling arrangements.
