Wilma H. Bauer

June 28, 1907 – September 12, 1982

Mrs. Wilma H. Bauer, 75, of 910 N. Adams, died at 5:51am Sunday in Osteopathic Hospital after an extended illness.

She was born June 28, 1907, in South Bend and was a lifetime area resident.  On September 5, 1925, in South Bend, as Wilma Boyer, she married Earl R. Bauer, who died in 1978.  Surviving are two daughters, Mrs James (Carolyn) Hoover of Riverside CA and Mrs. Donald (Patricia) Stoffer, of South Bend; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and a brother, Harry Boyer of Laguna Beach CA.

Services will be at 11am Tuesday at the Calvary Baptist Church, with Rev. Charles Reed, pastor, officiating.  Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.

Friends may call from 4 to 8pm today at the Orvis-Palmer Funeral Home, 336 N. Main St.  She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
