Alvin P. Bickel, 49, of 1314 S. Main, was found dead at 6:53 p.m. Wednesday in his apartment by his landlady. According to St. Joseph County Coroner Stanley Koscielski there was no sign of foul play. He said Bickel apparently died of natural causes.
The Forest G. Hay Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
