Zelinda Bisci

Mrs. Zelinda Bisci, 99, of 1616 S. West, died about 12:25 p.m. Thursday in St. Paul’s Health Care Center, South Bend, after a two-year illness.  Born on Jan. 11, 1884, in Radicofani, Italy, she lived in Mishawaka for 73 years.  As Zelinda Faenzi on Jan. 9, 1907, in Italy, she married Joseph Baldoni, who died in 1915.  On May 5, 1923, she married Frank Bisci, who died in 1950.  Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Nicholas (Agnes) Monte-Sano of Mishawaka; a son, Louis Baldoni of Denver, Co.; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; and a brother, Otto Faenzi of Indianapolis.  A son preceded her in death.

 

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Hahn’s DeVos Funeral Home, where a wake service will be at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

Services for Mrs. Zelinda Bisci, 99, of 1616 S. West, who died on Thursday at St. Paul’s Health Care Center in South Bend, will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Bavo’s Catholic Church.  Rev. Paul R. Bueter, pastor, will officiate, and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Hahn’s DeVos Funeral Home, where a wake service will be at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
