Diane M. Boehnlein, 43, of Edgar Street, Mishawaka, Ind., passed away after an illness at 2:21 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 5, in St. Joseph's Medical Center, South Bend, Ind.
Diane was born on July 10, 1955, in South Bend. Diane was preceded in death by her father, Al Grzadziela on Oct. 2, 1988.
She graduated from Marian High School in 1973 and was a legal secretary for Rowe & Rowe in South Bend for 20 years.
On Oct. 13, 1975, at Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church, South Bend, as Diane M. Grzadziela, she married Michael Boehnlein, who survives.
She is also survived by her mother, Betty Grzadziela of South Bend; and by a sister, Susan Kratz of Niles, Mich.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Mishawaka.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 7, at the Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. Eighth Street, Mishawaka, where a Rosary will be recited at 4 p.m. Burial will take place at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola, Ind.
