Mrs. Joseph Bokter.

Mrs. Julianna Bokter, 617 Napoleon Blvd., died at 7:10 p.m. Tuesday in her residence after a three month's illness.  She was born in Yugoslavia on Feb. 20, 1884 and came to South Bend from there 30 years ago.  In November in 1935, in Pittsburgh, as Mrs. George Loczi, she was married to Joseph Bokter.  Surviving are her husband, two sons, Victor Loczi of Pittsburgh, and Geza Loczi of South Bend; seven grandchildren, and a sister in Yugoslavia.  Friends may call after 2 p.m. Thursday in the Zahoran Funeral Home.  Mrs. Bokter was a member of the William Penn Assoc.

Funeral services for Mrs. Julianna Boktor, 617 Napoleon Blvd., who died Tuesday, were held today in Memorial Presbyterian Church with Rev. Stephen Kalabany, pastor, officiating.  Burial was in Highland Cemetery.  Pallbearers were Victor Loczi, Joseph Horvath, 729 N. St. Louis Blvd; John Horvath, Frank and Steven Molnar and Joseph Horvath, 1218 N. Olive St.

 

Note:  Mrs. Julianna Boktor’s maiden name is Julianna Toth, she is daughter of George and Erzsebet (Nemes) Toth from Brekinjska, Pozsega, Hungary .
