SOUTH BEND - Liane Booker, 51, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2010, at her home with close friends and family. Liane Booker was born on January 28th, 1959, to Edna Esters and Cleo Nelson in Chicago, IL. Liane Booker became married to John Booker in 1975, who she is survived by. Liane and John Booker remained married for 34 1/2 years. Liane Booker attended LaSalle High and then graduated from Whitney Young High School in South Bend, IN. Liane Booker worked as an aspiring renal technician and also achieved her AAS degree in information technology. Liane Booker leaves behind her loving husband, John Booker, and her daughters, Jahari Booker, Radhyia Booker, Liane Jr. Booker and Kaneesha Booker. Liane's grandchildren, Avondre Booker, Elijah Booker, Isaiah Booker, Rayvion Booker, Syria Neely and Ahamud Booker. Liane is survived by her siblings, Cleo Nelson Jr., Tony Scott, Perry Nelson (who preceded her in death) and Cindy Nelson. Liane's aunts and uncles, Marion Newbill, Pastor Donald Scott, and an abundance of extended family members who celebrated her life...... Services for Liane Booker will be Wednesday, February 3, 2010, in the Clark-O'Neal Funeral Home, 2702 Lincoln Way West. Visitation 11:00 and funeral service at noon. The Clark-O'Neal Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. Matthew 5:4 Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.
