MISHAWAKA - Oren B. Bowser, 82, of Palmetto, Fla., formerly of Mishawaka and Silver Lake, died at 10:45 p.m. Tuesday in Tampa General Hospital, Tampa, Fla. Mr. Bowser retired from Wheelabrator-Frye. He was born Aug. 20, 1911, in Nappanee and lived in Mishawaka most of his life.

On Nov. 27, 1948, in South Bend, he married Ethel Brooks. She survives with a daughter, Beverly Schalliol of Wyatt; two grandchildren; a great-grandson; and a sister, Cledith Huff of Largo, Fla.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen. Burial will be in Bremen Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
