MISHAWAKA - Geraldine "Jerri' Boyer, 72, of Lincoln Way East, Mishawaka, Ind., passed away after an illness at 6:20 a.m. Monday, Aug. 19, in Saint Joseph Community Hospital. Jerri was born in Battle Creek, Mich., on June 25, 1930. She was a member of the First General Baptist Church, Coloma, Mich., and attended the First Baptist Church, Mishawaka.

Geraldine "Jerri" Price married Howard L. Boyer in Kalamazoo, Mich., on Feb. 17, 1948. He passed away in 1998. Jerri was also preceded in death by a son, Patrick Boyer. She is survived by four daughters, Sharon Kremak, Nova Bearden, both of Arkansas, Desma "Dusty" Rucano of Mishawaka and Misty Barney of Coloma; five sons, Danny Boyer of Bridgman, Mich., Arthur Boyer of Stevensville, Mich., Billy Boyer of Vancouver, Wash., David Boyer of Bloomington, Ind., and Mark Boyer of Arcanum, Ohio; and by many well-loved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. (Ind. time) today in the Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 North Main Street, Mishawaka. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday (Mich. time) in the First General Baptist Church, Coloma, with visitation one hour prior to services. Burial will be at Coloma Cemetery, Coloma.
