SOUTH BEND - Sarah Christine Bradford, 5-day-old daughter of Janice L. and Jay A. Bradford, of 24036 Indiana 23, died at 7:55 a.m. Tuesday in Memorial Hospital. Sarah was born Jan. 20 in South Bend.

Surviving with her parents are her twin brother, Samuel at home; maternal grandparents, Marjorie and Richard Boone of Prattsburgh, N.Y.; paternal grandparents, Sherrill and Gene Bradford of Auburn, Ind.; a maternal great-grandmother, Doris Boone of Hornell, N.Y.; and paternal great-grandmother, Helen Ervin Felber of Auburn.

Private services and burial were in Southlawn Cemetery. Guisinger Colonial Chapel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
