SOUTH BEND - Dennis Earl Branstetter, 54, passed away
Thursday evening, December 18, 2008 at home of natural causes. He
worked as a contractor installing hardwood floors. Dennis was
born on October 13, 1954 in Niles, MI to Willis Wesley and Iva (Cane)
Branstetter and remained a lifelong area resident. Dennis is
survived by his daughter, Michelle R. (Bradly) Paparis of
South Bend; two sons, Shawn K. (Alicia) Larrison of Mishawaka and
Dennis M. (Tara) Larrison of Florida; his companion of twenty
years, Bobbi Jo Larrison; six grandchildren, Katalina,
Tayler, Kaitlynn, Trenten, Kaylum and Shailynn; his mother, Iva
Branstetter of South Bend; former wife, Bonnie Casper;
three sisters, Claudia (Bob) Ebersole of Bremen, Edna Hill
of South Bend and Wilma (Floyd) Ebersole of South Bend; and one
brother, Willis Wesley Branstetter, II of South Bend. His father,
Willis W. Branstetter; and two sisters, Betty Jean Branstetter
and Terry Lynn Hunt preceded him in death. Dennis enjoyed
hunting and fishing.
Memorial services will be held at 6 PM Monday, December 29, 2008 at Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave, South Bend, IN. Rev. Ed Erskin will officiate. Friends may visit with the family from 5 PM until time of services on Monday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
