SOUTH BEND - John P. Brennan, 47, of Rosewood Nursing Home, Elkhart, formerly of South Bend, died at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the nursing home. Mr. Brennan was a former licensed practical nurse at Northern Indiana Children's Hospital. He was born Jan. 10, 1948, in South Bend. He is survived by his parents, Ruth E. and Patrick Brennan of South Bend; and two brothers, Dennis M. of New Carlisle and Timothy S. of L'Anse, Mich. He was a member of St. Anthony DePadua Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Santa Maria Council 553, and Sons of the American Revolution.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday in Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
