SOUTH BEND - Martha Sigler Bridgewater, 75, of Mission, Texas, formerly of South Bend, died Monday in Rio Grande Regional Hospital, McAllen, Texas. Mrs. Bridgewater was a former legal secretary. She was born Feb. 22, 1920, in South Charleston, W.Va., and lived in South Bend until 1964. She is survived by her husband, Lloyd Bridgewater of Mission; a son, Paul Kurckman of Kincheloe, Mich.; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a brother, William DeMyer of Indianapolis.

Services were today in Virgil Wilson Mortuary, Mission. Burial was in Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery, McAllen.
