John E. Brown, 24, of Miller Drive,
Elkhart, Ind., passed away at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, in his
mothers residence on Toledo Avenue, Osceola, Ind.
John was born on Feb. 28, 1977, in
Mishawaka, as the son of Joseph Brown and Debra S. Calvert.
He is survived by his mother, Debra S. Jackson of Osceola;
his father, Joseph Brown; his stepmother, Roxie Brown of Elkhart;
one sister, Dawn M. Brown of Atlanta, Ga.; and by his maternal
grandparents, John E. and Lelaura Calvert of Mishawaka.
Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
today, Oct. 12, in the Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W 8th Street,
Mishawaka. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday,
Oct. 13, with one hour visitation prior in the Hahn Funeral Home,
Mishawaka. Rev. Adolph Lacy will officiate. Burial will follow at
Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Contributions may be made
in John's name to Elkhart General Community Hospice, 600 East
Blvd, Elkhart, IN 46514.
