Loretta Willamina Brucker

SOUTH BEND - Services for Loretta W. Brucker, 83, of 1215 Farrington Circle, who died at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in her home, will be at 11 a.m. Friday in St. Jude’s Catholic Church. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 77 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Guisinger Colonial Chapel, where a rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Logan Center’s Adult Rehabilitation Program.

 

Born Oct. 23, 1900 in Avilla, Mrs. Brucker had lived in the South Bend area most of her life. In November 1922 she married Joseph J. Brucker. He died in January 1967. She is survived by two daughters, Rosemary Beutel of South Bend and Pat Kelly of Mishawaka; a son Otto of Plymouth; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mabel Dobmeyer of Wolcottville, Ind.; and two brothers, Frank Vanderbosch and Urban Vanderbosch, both of Avilla. Mrs. Brucker was a member of St. Jude’s Catholic Church.
