SOUTH BEND - Robert A. Brucker, 86,
died at 2:15 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 21, in St. Paul's Retirement
Center, South Bend, Ind. Robert was born on April 3, 1911, in
Winamac, Ind., to Charles and Edith (Bandou) Brucker. He
had lived in the South Bend area over 70 years.
On April 19, 1941, he married Constance
''Connie'' Datzman in Indianapolis, Ind. Robert is survived by
his wife Connie and two daughters, Jane Love of South Bend
and Ann (Dave) Boggs of Peru, Ind.; and by a grandson,
Scott Boggs.
Robert was a retired accountant and was
retired from Schult Mobile Homes in Elkhart, Ind. He was a member
of the Kiwanis Club, the University Club of Notre Dame and
S.C.O.R.E.
Funeral services for Robert A. Brucker will
be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday in St. Matthew Cathedral, South
Bend. Entombment will follow in Highland Cemetery. Friends may
call from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the Guisinger Colonial Chapel
Funeral Home.
