Cyril V. Bush

SOUTH BEND - Cyril V. Bush, 75, of 3631 Rainbow Drive, died at 6 p.m. Tuesday in his home. Mr. Bush was employed as a signal maintainer for 32 years at Conrail. He was born Sept. 15, 1919 in Euclid, Ohio, and lived in South Bend for 40 years.

 

On April 1, 1948, in Cleveland, he married Margy L. Keating. She survives with a daughter, Sharon Cabanaw of Mishawaka; a son, Jeffery of Mishawaka; two grandchildren; six sisters, Eva Williamson of Rolling Prairie, Betty McIntyre, LouAnn Rogers, Barbara Hall and Bonnie Brainard, all of LaPorte, and Jeannie Ellis of Plymouth; and three brothers, Frank of Chesterton, Samuel of Rolling Prairie, and Barry of LaPorte.

 

He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of American Legion Post 50.

 

A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Friday in Haverstock Funeral Home, LaPorte. Friends may call one hour prior to services Friday in the funeral home.
