Rama "Jeanne" Carver  

 March 27, 1941 - May 15, 2010
GRANGER - Carver, Rama "Jeanne" 69, passed away on Friday, May 15th, in Elkhart Hospice House. She was born on March 27, 1941, in Elkhart, to the late Raymond and Almira Mae (Rader) Torrence. On March 26, 1971, she married Samuel T. Carver, who preceded her in death on October 21, 2007. She is survived by a son, John Hupp of Granger; daughters, Jeannette (Fred) Morris of New Carlisle, Jacqueline (Anthony) DeBoard of San Diego, CA; eight grandchildren, Steven Hupp, Jessica Stacy, Danielle Buck, Joshua Stacy, Jeremy Buck, Asia DeBoard, Ariana DeBoard and Asher DeBoard; and a brother, Lyle (Kris) Torrence of Hudson, IN. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Victor and Raymond Torrence. Services will be held on Wednesday, May 19, at 1 p.m. in the Zimmerman-Inman Funeral Home, 1109 Lincoln Way W., Osceola, with Minister Jim Hulbert presiding. Friends may call today, May 18, from 5 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will take place at Olive West Cemetery in Wakarusa. Memorial contributions may be made to the Center for Hospice, Elkhart, 22579 Old U.S. 20 East, Elkhart, IN 46516.
