Genevieve C. "Jane" Charnoski, 95, of Miller's Merry Manor, (formerly of East Grove Street in Mishawaka) died Thursday January 3rd of natural causes. Mrs. Charnoski was born in South Bend on December 31, 1906 to the late Martin and Anne Michalski.

On May 9, 1928 she married Michael Charnoski who preceded her in death on July 28, 1967. Mrs. Charnoski is survived by three daughters: Jane Gervais, Evelyn Cato (Jack) and Lorraine Gill (Robert), all of Mishawaka. Also surviving are nine grandchildren: Cindi Minegar (Gregg), Robert Gill (Nanci) of Texas, Lori Spencer (Mike), Dan Gill, Larry Gervais, Kathy Escobedo (Robert), Brian Gervais (California), Gary Gervais, Scott Gervais, and eleven great grandchildren. Mrs. Charnoski was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a lifetime member of St. Monica's Catholic Church in Mishawaka. She retired from Uniroyal Corporation in 1968 after 22 years as an inspector.

Friends will be received Sunday from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Bubb's Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka. A Rosary service will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Monday, 11:00 a.m. at St. Monica's Catholic Church, Mishawaka.
