Aug. 26, 1969-Aug. 17, 1998 MISHAWAKA – Laura L. Chudzicki, 28, of West Grove Street, Mishawaka, Ind., passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Aug. 17^th, in her residence. Ms. Chudzicki was born on Aug. 26, 1969, in South Bend, Ind., as the daughter of James A. and Delores (Tomaszewski) Chudzicki. Laura’s father, James “Chud” Chudzicki, preceded her in death only last year, in April 1997. Laura is survived by her mother, Delores Chudzicki of Granger, Ind.: two sisters, Sherry Marietta of Mishawaka and Brenda Gaugler of Granger; her grandmother, Lottie Tomaszewski of South Bend; two brothers-in-law, Tony Marietta and James “Junior” Gaugler; along with several aunts, and uncles, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. She was employed by La Petite Academy as a day care provider. A memorial mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 22, at St. Adalbert’s Catholic Church, South Bend, with Rev. Darryl Rybicki officiating. Private burial in Riverview Cemetery, South Bend. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 21, in the Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. Eighth Street, Mishawaka. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Laura Chudzicki Memorial Fund, c/o Teachers Credit Union.
