Steven E. Chudzicki, 11, of 132 E. Lowell Ave., Mishawaka, died at 10:25 a.m. Friday in Memorial Hospital following an illness. He was a sixth grade student at Battell Elementary School. He was born Jan. 1, 1973, in South Bend, and lived in this area all his life. He is survived by his parents, Robert and Patricia Chudzicki; a sister, Rachelle Chudzicki, at home; four brothers, Robert Patrick, Brian Michael, Anthony Joseph, and Scott Allan, all at home; his maternal grandfather, Edward Golubski of Mishawaka; and his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Chudzicki Sr. of South Bend. He was a member of St. Monica Catholic Church. The Kaniewski and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
