OSCEOLA - Roscoe F. Church, 60, of
58155 Beehler Road, died at 10:25 a.m. Sunday at St. Joseph
Community Hospital, Mishawaka, of natural causes. Mr. Church
retired in 1984 as a machinist after 31 years with Dodge
Manufacturing, Mishawaka. He was born Aug. 23, 1935, at
Salyersville, Ky.
On June 5, 1953, in Mishawaka, he married
JoAnn Martin. She survives with a daughter, Roxann Ford
of Mishawaka; three sons, Roscoe Jr. and Roger, both of Osceola,
and Nolan of Mishawaka; a sister, Georgia Mae Whitaker of
Lakeville; and a brother, Hiram Church of Jonesville,
Mich. A daughter, Rosemary Church, died in 1959. He was a member
of South Side General Baptist Church, Mishawaka.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the
church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park,
Granger. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at
Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 North Main St., Mishawaka.
