SOUTH BEND - Clementine Ciesiolka, 72, of 4414 W. Washington, died at 10:20 p.m. Friday at Transitional Health Services of South Bend after an illness. She retired from Carlisle Nursing Home as a cook. She was born Dec. 21, 1921, in South Bend.

On Aug. 7, 1941, in South Bend, as Clementine Bilinski, she married Raymond Ciesiolka. He died July 12, 1991. Surviving are two sons, David and Patrick, both of South Bend; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a brother, Joseph Bilinski of South Bend. A son, Reginald, died April 11, 1993. She was a member of Holy Family Church.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Joseph Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home.
