ROSELAND - Mildred Louise Cira of Weber Street, Roseland, died at 5:27 p.m., Wednesday, in her home. Mrs. Cira was born in Green County, Ind., and had lived in South Bend since 1975.
She was married on July 19, 1937, in South Bend, to Joseph Cira, who survives along with a daughter, Carolyn L. Vance of South Bend; a son, Thomas Cira of South Bend; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy McGean of Edwardsburg, Mich. and Ruth Syczynski of Tucson, Ariz.; and a brother, H. R. Clark of South Bend.
Services for Mrs. Cira were held today, at the Hickey Funeral Home, Cleveland Road Chapel, with Rev. John Riley, CSC, assistant pastor of Christ the King Catholic Church, officiating. Entombment took place at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park in Granger.
