Marguerite W. Clark, 69, of Palisade Street, South Bend, Ind., passed away on Friday afternoon, Aug. 8, in Memorial Hospital. Marguerite was born on Oct. 11, 1933, to Levin M. Wright and Mabel M. (Lowe) Wright in Mardela Springs, Md.

As Marguerite W. Wright, she married Harry "Lucky" Clark on June 20, 1951. He preceded her in death on Jan. 1, 1998. She volunteered at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, and was formerly employed at RACO. Most recently, she was a clerk at Meijer.

Marguerite is survived by one son, Frederick M. Clark of South Bend; and one daughter, Barbara A. Wheeler of Mishawaka, Ind.; along with one daughter-in-law, Nancy Clark of Ocala, Fla. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Jason R. (Stacey) Wheeler, Christina M. Wheeler and Carrie L. Wheeler. Marguerite was preceded in death by one son, Glen Clark; her brother, Sam Wright; and her sister, Elizabeth Jenson.

Friends may call from 6 until 8 p.m. today, Aug. 11, and one hour prior to services Tuesday in the Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka, where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 12, with Pastor Loren Van Ort officiating. Burial is to follow at the Riverview Cemetery, South Bend.
