MISHAWAKA - Zachary T. Clark, 13 months, died at 8:30 p.m. on Friday July 10, in St. Joseph Community Hospital. He was born in Mishawaka, Ind., on May 24, 1997. He is survived by his parents, Thomas A. and Christina M. (Smith) Clark of South Bend, Ind., and by his sister, Ashley Lynn Clark. Zachary is also survived by his maternal great-great-grandmother, Fern Hostetler of Edwardsburg, Mich.; maternal great-great grandmother, Ester Garab of Arkansas; maternal great-grandparents, Bill and Wanda Hostetler of Edwardsburg and George and Mary Smith of Fish Lake, Ind.; and maternal grandparents, Marsha and Butch Smith of LaPorte, Ind. Zachary is also survived by paternal great-great-grandparents, Hank and Edna Biesbrook of Mishawaka; paternal great-grandmother, Mary Condra of California; paternal grandparents, Bob and Barb Clark of Mishawaka; and by several aunts and uncles.

Private visitation and funeral services were held at Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka, with Fr. Paul Butler officiating. Burial took place in Westlawn Cemetery, North Liberty, Ind.
